A. Yes, ASAP does accept new patients.
Q. Do you accept Walk-In Patients?
A. Yes, ASAP does accept walk-ins, if you are a new patient we will suggest you to complete your registration paperwork promptly to expedite the process.
Q. How do I make an Appointment?
A. You can walk in any time. However, if you want to schedule an appointment, please call our office at (585) 391-3988. For your convenience we do have extended working hours
Q. How Soon Can I Get An Appointment?
A. Our ASAP Walk-in Medical Care offers same day appointment, seven days a week, for acute or urgent medical issues you may be facing. For routine services, such as work or school physical, you can schedule an appointment to be seen within one or two days if not same day.

Q. Do You Treat Medical Emergencies?
A. ASAP Walk-in Medical Care is not an Emergency Room replacement and we do not treat patients experiencing chest pain, shortness of breath, head trauma, or other emergency medical conditions. These conditions usually need immediate hospitalization. If you are having a medical emergency or life threatening situation please dial 911.
Q. What Method of Payment Do You Accept for Your Service?
A. It also depends on the type of insurance provider you subscribe to. Please see question on Insurance below for further details. However, for that portion of our fees that are a patient’s responsibility, namely co-pays, we’d prefer credit or debit card.

Q. Do You Accept Insurance & New Medicare patients?
A. (Insurance): Yes, we accept most insurances. If you are with an insurance provider that we do not accept, we will ensure you get the necessary documentation to support your reimbursement claim from the insurance provider. It also depends on your insurance plan if you have any Out-of-Network Benefits, your insurance will process claims (sometimes). However, please be aware that ASAP does not guarantee any reimbursement. We accept self pay at a reasonable flat, all inclusive fee
A (Medicare): Yes, and in fact, we are currently accepting Medicare patients. Not only do we accept traditional Medicare and all Medicare Advantage Plans, but we also accept Tricare

As a courtesy to our patients we will verify benefits, however the benefits quoted are not a guarantee of payment. It is the patient’s responsibility to verify and get a thorough understanding of their medical benefits. The patient is responsible for all charges not reimbursed by their insurance carrier including but not limited to coinsurance, deductibles, and any charges associated with collection activity.
